Carter VA Medical Center located at 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 has a requirement for EMS Work Uniforms. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be adhered to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in Small Business Administration (SBA) www.sba.gov prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ and at the time of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 315120 Apparel Knitting, Mills and 850 Employees, respectively. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted under FAR Part 13.106-2(b)(3), Comparative Evaluation source selection process. The Government reserves the right to select a response that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum but is not required to do so. Responses may exceed the requirements, but the Government is not requesting or accepting alternate proposal(s); each response must respond to the solicitation requirement statement. The award will be made based on comparative evaluation. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at time quotes are due to be considered for an award of a federal contract. Registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. To be eligible for this set-aside your company s registration must include the appropriate NAICS code. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
