This requirement is for the Operation Room Department at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612. The proposed contract action is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), which authorizes sole source awards when the supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to their unique or highly specialized nature. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is [339112], with a corresponding small business size standard of [1,000] employees. A sole source justification, as required by regulation, has been executed and is on file. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is [30 Days ARO]. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations; no solicitation will be issued. The Government has determined that only one source is capable of providing the required supplies/services. However, interested parties may submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates, by a preponderance of the evidence, their ability to fulfill the Government s requirement for [DIGITAL CHEST DRAINAGE AND MONITORING SYSTEM] at the James A.
