The associated NAICS code for this service is 334112 with a size standard of 1,250 and PSC Code 6515.The identified vendor is CareFusion.

CareFusion is the sole service provider for FY25 Pyxis Profile Software Upgrade for Puerto Rico. The Pyxis Profile Software Upgrade represents the only software compatible with Pyxis ES Systems which software designed to manage the pharmaceutical distribution system platform present in the VA Caribbean Medical Facility. This information has been confirmed with an exclusivity letter submitted by CareFusion.

A commodities contract with 180 days after receipt of order (ARO) delivery is anticipated and shall be awarded. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 04-14-2025 EST 1:00 PM.
