Bill Young Veterans Medical Center and LEE County have a requirement for Emergency Evacuation Devices. The ALBLRG02 AlbacMat Rescue Mat Size Large Self-storing, NAME BRAND OR EQUAL. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and materials to provide the required Emergency Evacuation Devices for Bay Pines and Lee County facilities. **SCOPE OF WORK:** The Emergency Evacuation Devices are used to assist and evacuate patients/visitors, who cannot ambulate, down the hallways and stair wells. The Evacuation Rescue Mat is a no lift device that will transfer the person from a hospital bed, chair, or the floor keeping them flat, secure, and safe. It will allow them to be transferred down a stair well in an emergent situation. This design allows one person to safely transfer another. It provides a way to evacuate patients safely and efficiently who cannot walk down the stairs.
