This combined synopsis-solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation with an applicable small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is N040 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, San Juan Services Team is seeking to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cable Drops Installation Services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) in Puerto Rico. Resulting BPA will be a single award for a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period, plus four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the governments discretion. Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the Attached document: Attachments RFQ 36C24825Q0285-Cable Drops Installation Services at VACHS, which contains the Price/Cost Schedule, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Instructions to Offerors/Quoters, Clauses, and Provisions. The following solicitation provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision is applicable and contain the evaluation criteria and basis for award. The document is attached.
