This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02, effective on January 03, 2025. This solicitation is set-aside Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R428, support- professional: industrial hygienics. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 in San Juan, has a requirement for Respirator Fit Testing and Training Services throughout their facilities, in accordance with the terms and requirements herein. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for locations. A Price/Cost schedule containing the contract line items, description, unit of issuance and quantities (including option periods) is attached. Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the attached PWS and associated documents. Emphasis is made on the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. Detailed instructions regarding this RFQ can be found in this addendum. The addendum can be found in document titled Attachment C - Clauses and Provisions and Attachment D - Evaluation and Basis for Award . The contract period of performance The period of performance will be for one (1) base year of twelve consecutive months of service, with four (4) option periods. In addition, FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is incorporated into this requirement. See Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, for further details.
