NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION (ACGME), 401 N MICHIGAN AVE STE 2000, CHICAGO, IL 60611 for Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), #10 Calle Casia Suite #4M440, San Juan, PR 00921-3201. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 813920 and the Small Business Administrative size standard is $24 Million. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2025-01 dated 11/12/2024.
