They are the only authorized dealer that can perform service and maintenance on the trailer. Without a service agreement, they can only provide remote support. Any use of unauthorized service from third parties can void all equipment warranties. The period of performance will be for one base period plus two option years. The NAICS code is 811310. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued.
