This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. The Network Contracting Office 8-RPO East intends to award a fixed priced contract, providing Dialysis Water Treatment for Bay Pines VA Health Care System (BPVAHCS) in accordance with the embedded Statement of Work (SOW) and Price Schedule. This solicitation will use Comparative Evaluation. The award will be made to the offeror determined to be acceptable, price reasonable, and is determined to provide the best value to the government.
