A copy of the approved Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. The proposed procurement is to provide scheduled maintenance, repairs, and software updates for the Germgree Pharmacy trailer. Services will include recommended preventative maintenance, all labor, travel, expenses, and all parts for an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and telephone support calls around the clock. They are the only authorized dealer that can perform service and maintenance on the trailer. Without a service agreement, they can only provide remote support. Any use of unauthorized service from third parties can void all equipment warranties. The period of performance will be for one base period plus two option years. The NAICS code is 811310. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. However, interested sources may submit a capability statement to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm EST on 11/08/2024.
