Award Notice Project Title:Â Emergency GE CT Scanner Repairs Award Number:Â 36C24825P1147 Date of Award:Â April 21, 2025 Contracting Agency:Â U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Awarded To:Â GE Precision Healthcare, LLC Project Description: VISN 8 Biomedical Engineering SMART Pool is submitting a one-time request for other than Full and Open Competition for the procurement of service to provide labor, transportation, supervision and parts to repair a GE CT Scanning System (Revolution 727398REVO), a highly technical medical equipment.

The CT Scanner specifically has a gantry and hardware collimator failure. This urgent and compelling emergency service is needed to return the CT Scanner to full operating condition, per manufacture s specifications. Contractor must have access to proprietary diagnostic software and parts.

**Scope of Work:** The contractor shall provide all resources (labor, materials/parts, tools, equipment, and transportation) necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The vendor shall repair:
