**PROJECT TITLE:** BB Convert 6 West to Private Patient Rooms PROJECT NUMBER: 673-21-149 This amendment contains the following changes: The proposal due date is now 03/11/2025 at 2:00PM. Provide answer to RFI questions, revised drawings, revised specifications, CCTV Riser diagram and VA Tampa Interior Sign System. There are no bid deducts, the price proposals need to come with two line items – CLIN 002 should be patient lift equipment purchase only, everything else should be CLIN 001.
