The windows will be replaced with units meet the hurricane impact requirements for this area of Florida and maintain Emergency Preparedness for projectile protection as required on the construction drawings and specifications. Contractor period of performance shall be 540 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00, in accordance with VAAR 836.204(h)(1). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about July 12, 2024.
