The space must be available for occupancy by November 1, 2025, and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. The lease term requirement must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The period of performance will be for 10 Years, 5 Years Firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: HWY-53/54, Conector Dulces Suenos, HWY-748 South: Caribbean Sea East: HWY-713, HWY-3, HWY-7710 West: HWY-748, HWY-54, Road-54R Expressions of interest must contain the following information: Building name and/or address and location of the available space within the building Number of spaces to be offered and expected rental rate per NUSF, fully serviced. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building/lot List of services provided (janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).
