## Description

The Lake City VAMC had an emergency need to correct architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical issues caused by Hurricane Debby which made landfall on August 05, 2024. The areas of focus at the hospital are the Operating Room (OR), Penthouse D-64, Radiology, and the mezzanines on the 3rd floor of Building 64 to include the roofs and structures associated with the mezzanines. This action was awarded under Unusual and Compelling Urgency per 41 USC §3304(a)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2.
