The Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami VAMC requires a Base plus Four (4) Option Years to provide patient specific compounded Total Peripheral Nutrition (TPN) bags for critically ill, malnourished and/or patients lacking a functional gastrointestinal system. Only One Source is capable of providing the required services to meet each specific patient needs within twenty-four (24) hours. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325412 and the service code is Q517. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency. The Government understands that Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, LLC is the only vendor that can provide the requested Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Intravenous Feeding Bags.
