Kitchen Hood Inspection and Cleaning RFQ #36C248Q1502 The purpose of the amendment is to extend the solicitation response due date and time from: 09-30-2024, 2 PM to 10-07-2024, 2PM. Due to the storm, reschedule the date of the site visit:

**From Date:** 9-26-2024 from 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM; to 10-01-2024 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM; meet in building 100 main lobby s front entrance. Bay Pine VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines FL 33744. For more direction, please contact: MR. Leon Corbarris, at 727 398-6661, X 15172. The only change to the SOW is the period of performance of the contract. Expected period of performance but subject to change: Base year 10-17-2024 through 10-16-2025 Option Year 1 10-17-2025 through 10-16-2026 Option Year 2 10-17-2026 through 10-16-2027 Option Year 3 10-17-2027 through 10-16-2028 Option Year 4 10-17-2028 through 10-16-2029
