## Description

**GENERAL:** The Lee County Veteran Affairs Outpatient Clinic located at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East Cape Coral; FL (part of the Bay Pines Veteran Affairs Hospital Network) has a requirement for customized casework in the Dental Lab. This casework is customized to fit the existing setup to prevent moving medical gasses/ vacuum and plumbing locations.

**SCOPE:** The selected vendor/contractor shall provide turn-key services for the installation of the Dental Lab Casework. The vendor will provide design, project management, procurement, and installation of healthcare furnishings. The contractor will provide all new case goods. The selected vendor/contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and delivery.
