## Description

The purpose of the amendment is to address the following:

1. Correct the Sam.gov extension of the response date from August 15, 2024, at 15:00 EDT to August 22, 2024, at 15:00 EDT to August 15, 2024, at 15:00 EDT to August 19, 2024, at 15:00 EDT. The purpose of the amendment is to address the following:

See section A.2 for an updated price/cost schedule using NAICS code 541620. To Provide a revised Performance Work Statement. To provide a revised ADADDENDUM 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

To provide the Lakemont Asbestos Report The Network Contracting Office-8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award a contract to provide Re Baseline Asbestos Survey for the Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System facilities in Orlando, Florida. The performance period for this contract will be from the date of award to the date of completion.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541620, with a related small business size standard of $19 Million.
