## Description

NC08 contracting representing C.W. Bill Young Veterans Administration Medical Center intends to negotiate with on a SDVOSB set aside Name Brand sole source basis under the authority of IAW FAR 13.106-1 Only one responsible source (Name Brand) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source requirement is to provide Pyxis 327 MES-S-1A1N0P3M0B PYXIS ANESTHESIA SYSTEM ES X 1 to maintain and dispense all medications for the Main Hospital. This notice of intent is not a solicitation.

Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
