Objective: Upgrade the boilers at the Lake City VA to clear all deficiencies identified during routine inspection. Scope of Work: Coordinate all work with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) Replace with new, 6 Combustion Air Flow switches. Two on each boiler. Replace with new, 6 Purge Air Flow switches. Two on each boiler. Replace with new, 2 High Gas Pressure switches (1 natural gas, 1 propane) and install Audible Alarm to ring out in the Plant for both. Replace Boiler 3 Disconnect in VFD Panel. Replace Condensate Pump Control Panel and all the internals in that panel. Replace with new, 4 Boiler estops. One by each door. Replace with new, 2 Pressure Relief Valves for the two reducing stations supplying steam to the DA (cast steel). To include drip pan 90s and the drains run from those 90s.
