## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office- VISN 08, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation for Fuji Open MRI Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. NAICS code 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million.

The contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance service for the Fuji Film Open MRI equipment located at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 North. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33411-6400.

The Base Period of Performance-POP is from September 15, 2024, through September 14, 2025, with four (4) consecutive one (1) year options at the discretion of the Government, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package or other information is currently available.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence and capability that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses must be received no later than 5 PM EST- August 15, 2025 and responses can only be received by e-mail to -david.guley@va.gov
