## Description

**High Water Flood Fence System 1. GENERAL:** The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612, needs a high-water flood fence system to prevent flood waters from infiltrating its below-grade areas. This project falls under the purview of Emergency Operations Management.

**2. BACKGROUND:** The JAHVA campus, situated in Tampa, Florida, is located within a flood zone. Numerous buildings on the campus have basements that are below ground level, which house crucial infrastructure components of the facility. The region is susceptible to flooding, and the facility has experienced several flooding incidents in the past. Please see the updated solicitation attached.
