PURPOSE: This project will help improve the stormwater mitigation process by providing the ability to block approaching stormwater from sensitive access points. This will be a critical and necessary tool during Emergency Operations. This barrier will serve as a protective measure, preventing high waters from infiltrating entry points that lead straight into the subterranean areas of the facility. This initiative will enhance the process of stormwater mitigation by offering the capacity to obstruct incoming stormwater from vulnerable access points. SCOPE: The Contractor is required to deliver a comprehensive purchase and installation oversight service for nine flood wall systems. The vendor will oversee the installation, which will be carried out by VA personnel.
