Haley is requesting vendor provide brand name only equipment that meets the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The SPY-PHI system will be used to allow surgeons to visualize perfusion with is a critical indicator of tissue health, provides the body to ability to heal. Impaired perfusion can cause irreversible damage.
