## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 8 (VISN 8) facilities, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), WPB/Miami-Services Team intends to negotiate a Sole Source Contract. This procurement is for labor and materials/parts to perform repair and maintenance of Hologic Mammography units/ systems at San Juan, Miami, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Bay Pines, NFSG, and Tampa VA to keep them all in operating condition.

The Contract Type will be Firm Fixed Priced for FY25 as a new contract. The NAICS Code is 811210 size standard 34 million. This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a Sole Source Contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. End of Document
