## Description

This requirement need is to provide Riello Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Brand Name or Equal to the CW Bill Young VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide a brand name or equal product based on the characteristics provided. The solicitation RFQ will be posted on or about 03/27/2024.

**Background:** Riello Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Brand Name or Equal and connecting it to the existing UPS feeding the linear accelerator in the Radiation Oncology Clinic bldg. 107. The new UPS system will then have additional wiring installed to connect to a second linear accelerator. These services include furnishing all necessary parts, labor, and transportation for the equipment listed below as well as performing training on service of the new system.

The Prime Contractor will be the single point of contact for the VA for this project and will take complete responsibility for delivering a fully functional Uninterruptible Power Supply supporting the two Linear Accelerators in bldg. 107. Testing of the full integrated system must be included after installation is complete.

The contractor shall provide and install: All products are required to be on station on or before 90 days ARO, and services to be completed within 30 days no later than sixty (60) after delivery of equipment. There are no restrictions on how early the medical center can accept this equipment system but unless otherwise specified, this contract will be for the entire period of delivery and installation of the equipment. This solicitation will be a Fixed Price Total SDVOSB set aside.
