## Description

**A.1 Questions and Answers Question:** Should we assume that any damage found behind the walls and ceiling that is related to the excessive damage noted in the onsite visit will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to fix as part of their price quote, or will we only be quoting the damage that could be observed?

**Answer:** Refer to PWS Section 3.1, which reads as follows:

Repair/Replace the external and internal structure and components of the MCCT as needed.
