NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Shield Security Systems, LLC., Shield Security Systems, LLC. 7456 West 5TH Avenue Lakewood, Colorado 80226-1615, United States to the VA Caribbean Healthcare System 10 Calle Casia St. San Juan, PR 00921. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
