Marion Ave, FL 32025-5808, intends to award on a Sole Source basis a service contract for the CLC 3 Restroom Re-Glaze. The proposed source is SaniJax, LLC, Jacksonville, FL. This service contract will provide material and services for restroom areas in phased planning. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to Deep Clean all Floors and Wall Tiles and apply Sani Glaze to multiple restrooms. SaniJax has exclusive sales rights in our geographic area. The contractor shall be responsible for taking and applying accurate field measurements to ordered product for verification of correct sizing. Auto-Cad drawings may not be accurate finished dimensions and may not be used in place of field measurements. The Vendor shall be liable for any incorrect field measurements leading to incorrect product order. TERMS: 1. The projected Period of Performance of the contract is for 90 days. LICENSE AND ACCREDITATION 1. Contractor shall provide maintenance instruction manuals for all products specified. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The proposed NAICS 236220 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $45 million.
