If there is not adequate space to store all equipment on site, the contractor will be responsible for bringing equipment to and from the facility. Aseptic areas apply to the kitchen, dining, and restrooms. Custodial standards apply to the common areas, excluding the dining area, and the rooms. There may some cases where a room requires a terminal cleaning in the case of a sick patient or otherwise. Upon request from VA staff, the contractor shall perform a terminal clean to affected areas.
