Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) for the Facilities Management Office (FMO). The contractor will provide all requested Roof Resealing Services, as identified within this Statement of Work (SOW), Dated 01/30/2024 for the Facilities Management Office (FMO) at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, etc. to successfully seal the roof at trailer 80 using a Roofing Grade Rubber that could double the life expectancy of the existing roof system in accordance with the SOW, dated 01/30/2024. The contract term shall cover a Base Period from 02/15/2024 to 04/15/2024.
