## Description

**Synopsis:** In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.201, this is a notice of the VA s intent to enter into a sole source contract with MGC Diagnostic Corporation for equipment maintenance services. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center has a requirement to provide full maintenance services on the MGC Platinum Elite DX, Ultima CardiO2, and Corival CPET Ergometer. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement.

The suggested contractor is Medical Graphics Corporations 350 Oak Grove Pkwy, Saint Paul, MN 55127. This is not a solicitation. However, companies which assert that they can provide this service should submit information to include technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price, and availability.  Information should be submitted by email to the Point of Contact below by March 20, 2024 at 4PM EST. This information will be reviewed for consideration for future requirements.
