(CMI), a Small Business, for HVAC modifications and integration services within medication rooms. The requirement includes mechanical HVAC work, installation of Siemens components, testing and balancing, and full integration into the existing Siemens APOGEE Building Automation System (BAS), including controller programming, calibration, system integration, and Engineering Control Center (ECC) graphics updates. Engineering has confirmed that administrative and programming control of the Siemens APOGEE BAS system at this facility is maintained exclusively by Control Management, Inc.
