NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

**Synopsis:** The Department of Veterans Affairs; RPO-E, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, located at 501 Greene Street, Hatcher Bldg. Ste 2, Augusta, GA 30901 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source requirement for Repair/Replacement Ward Floor for WJB Dorn VA Medical Center to:

JM Federal Services LLC 916 Oakland Avenue Cayce, SC 29033 Period of Performance: January 1, 2026 thru May 1st, 2026 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 238330 with a business size standard of $35 million. The proposed contract is for Home Oxygen Services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source award to a Service-Disabled Owned Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with VAAR 819.7007.
