ON OR ABOUT December 09, 2025 I WILL POST AN RFQ TO PROVIDE CERTIFIED MEDICAL PHYSICIST TO CONDUCT TEST AND CERTIFICATIONS OF IMAGING EQUIPMENT. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR THE QUOTE, (RFQ), AND EMAIL THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT BACK IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THE CLOSING OF THE BUY WILL BE ON (DECEMBER 18,2025 @ 1:00 EST). ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING. PLEASE PROVIDE EXACTLY WHAT THE GOVERNMENT IS REQUESTING.
