## Description

The contractor will assemble lab kits for HLA Lab kits, monthly PRA samples, and post-transplant Donor Specific Antibody testing. Kits will include necessary supplies for obtaining samples and sending the sample to the HLA Laboratory. Kits will include postage needed for shipping the sample. Additionally, the contractor will maintain an electronic system for ordering and processing requests for lab kits that need to be sent. Kits will be sent directly to the patient..
