Funding has expired; however, CPS services are needed as construction continues. The requirement is to provide engineering services for post award activities associated with the construction contract awarded for subject design project. The intent is to retain the A-E designer of record (DOR) for the solicitation and for the duration of the project construction contract. The construction period of performance is currently scheduled for completion no later than Jul 30, 2025. Required services include, but are not limited to construction submittal reviews, responses to contractor Requests for Information (RFI s), execution of design changes and potential design changes, and attendance at necessary site visits and construction related meetings in order to ensure the DOR s design is properly executed, adjusted, and interpreted in order to deliver a complete and useable facility consistent with original design intent.
