Can the Agency clarify its intent to use Turnkey Pricing With Design Intent Drawings Prior To Award in RLP Section 3.08?: Yes . Can the Agency clarify TI Pricing and submittal requirements?: An Agency Specific Requirements (ASR) package is provided with this RLP to all Offerors upon which to base their TI pricing. (TIs are the finishes and fixtures that typically take Space from the shell condition to a finished, usable condition).
