## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format inÂ Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation andÂ Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement isÂ 562211 with a small business size standard ofÂ $47M. The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking On-site Treatment of Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) System for theÂ Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical CenterÂ inÂ Charleston, SC.

All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail toÂ LaTerrica.Sewell@va.gov.Â Questions must be received no later than May 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET.
