## Description

The Columbia VA NCO-7, in support of the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, intends to award a sole source to Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC for software support and maintenance services at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC is the only responsible source capable of providing the required services.

**Description:** Spacelabs ICS is the software interface for the telemetry system throughout the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC. This system coordinates patient vitals data back to central monitors with the nurses to help track patient status. OEM support for troubleshooting, updates, and technical support is needed to ensure no issues cause patient care degradation. The software and updates used on the Spacelabs Systems are proprietary to Spacelabs Healthcare.

Only Spacelabs Healthcare trained engineers have access to the proprietary software and updates used on this system. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC is the only source capable of providing the required services. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, interested organizations may submit a capabilities statement and qualifications.

Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Jeremy Calligan, Contracting Officer, at Jeremy.calligan@va.gov by 12:00 noon EST on, February 17, 2025.
