The Government understands that Elsevier Inc. is the only company that provides their proprietary services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430 and the service code is U009. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. However, vendors that believe they have the capabilities required to fully meet the Government's requirement may submit information in writing to darius.crane@va.gov with the following information in the subject line of their email 36C24725Q0050 RNTTP eLearning Platform no later than October 2, 2024, by 16:00 EST.
