## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07. This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033, is seeking to procure Hoptel Lodging Services for Veteran Beneficiaries that live outside of the local commuting area and require short-term lodging accommodations for upcoming treatment or procedures or following certain treatment and procedures.
