The intended Contractor is Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC, located at 250 Spring Street, Suite 275, Atlanta, GA 30309. The Tuscaloosa VAMC intends to procure a service contract to provide technical and administrative records digitization conversion of about 975 boxes of patient records and administrative files in order to comply with M-19-21 and M-23-07, Memorandums For The Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies, get the files stored in an area that is compliant with CFR 1234, and to free up space to use more efficiently. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 518210. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is H370. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $41.5 million. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals.
