## Description

These changes are made to the Statement of Work 26. Contractor shall provide an on-site service technician Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; for a minimum of two hours on site. The on-site service technician shall provide guidance to system administrators to establish system standards and security operations procedures and assist security personnel in day-to-day security system operations. This provides customers with a dedicated resource ensuring system integrity, standardization, and continuity.
