## Description

The Contractor shall provide full service Chiller Preventative Maintenance Service to include but not limited to refrigerants, compressors, motors, tubes, leak repair, emergency and routine repair services to include all supervision, labor, equipment, and parts as necessary to maintain the listed Chillers, Cooling Tower and Condenser Pumps associated equipment in operational conditions according to manufacturer's specifications.
