This requirement is supported by the salient characteristics provided by the Program Office, which specify proprietary compatibility features and performance criteria unique to SUN NUCLEAR CORP devices. The proposed action is being conducted under the authority of RFO 6.103 1. SUN NUCLEAR CORP is the sole manufacturer of these QA systems and associated software integrations and is the only source capable of meeting the required specifications.
