## Description

The period of performance will be the Date of Award through September 30, 2026. Responses to this notice will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this pre-solicitation notice. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about July 21, 2026, with a closing date for quotes on or about July 31, 2026.
