Covidien will perform network analysis, review and report on the customer s system, exercise seasonal change over and conduct routine maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning and performing remedial maintenance of non-emergent nature, testing and replacing faulty and worn parts and/or parts likely to become faulty, fail, or become worn. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million Dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting such information by 12:00 PM., EST, on Monday, 13 April 2026.
