The current lease is expiring February 28, 2026. Requirement State:

**11,285 Space Type:** Office Space All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before March 1, 2026. Lease term will be 5 years; 3-year firm fixed price plus 2 additional soft terms.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 3112 Tramway Road, Sanford, NC 27330. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Sanford CBOC should relocate.
